This Privacy Policy explains how BetterLife (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the mobile application BetterLife: AI for Wellbeing. The App is developed and managed by Ángel L., an individual developer operating from Poland.

App Stores (Google Play / Apple App Store): We use platform-provided billing systems (such as Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchases) to manage premium subscriptions and payments. We do not process or store your credit card information.

All third-party providers are required to comply with relevant data protection laws and confidentiality standards.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for up to 14 days for both free and premium users.

After 14 days, user messages, chat logs, and related data are automatically deleted.
App usage data may be stored in anonymized or aggregated form to improve functionality.

We limit access to personal data within the app and avoid collecting unnecessary identifiers (such as location or biometric data).

However, no online service can guarantee 100% security. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.

The App is not intended for users under the age of 16. If you are under 16, do not use the App or provide any personal data.
